If you use Windows Media Center in Windows 7 then you'll know that it's great for organizing your hard drive movie library. Thousands of mainstream films are now easily available to download (legally of course!) so you can quickly end up with quite a large movie library on a TeraByte hard drive. The difficult part of all this is knowing how best to organize your films. Well with Yet Another Media Meta Manager (YAMMM) that's all sorted! All you need to do is install YAMMM on your Windows Media PC and then simply make it monitor or watch your movie folder.
The magic happens when you copy a movie to your folder, if you name the folder the same as the IMDB reference code of the movie then YAMMM will automatically rename the movie file and include all the artwork for the movie! This is great for perusing your movies in Media Center as suddenly you get ratings, synopsis and cover art and much more. It's just like browsing titles in a video store!
